Welcome to Launch Contract. These terms govern your use of our contract setup services and launch-ready legal templates for startups available at launchcontract.top.
1. Services
Launch Contract provides professional contract setup services tailored for startup ventures, including drafting, review and customization of legal agreements.
- Service Definition: We deliver drafting, review and customization of agreements that support your business needs.
- Scheduling: Once your order is confirmed, we will set a consultation slot within five business days.
2. Information Products
Our information products include digital guidebooks, template libraries and instructional materials designed to help startup teams streamline their legal processes.
3. Goods and Templates
We also offer physical goods, such as printed template manuals and branded items, shipped to your location.
4. Payment and Reimbursement Policy
All fees are processed upon order confirmation. Reimbursements are handled under the following conditions:
- Services: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, all fees will be reimbursed within fourteen days of approval.
- Information Products: Once a link to a digital item has been accessed, no reimbursement is available. If the link has not been accessed, you may request a full reimbursement within seven days of purchase.
- Goods and Templates: Physical items may be sent back in original condition within fourteen days of delivery. Shipping expenses are not eligible for reimbursement. Approved reimbursements are issued within twenty-one days of receipt.
5. Rescheduling and No-Reimbursement Services
You may move a scheduled service once without charge by notifying us at least twenty-four hours prior. Further adjustments may require a new arrangement.
Certain expedited or bespoke services are final sale due to the immediate allocation of resources and do not qualify for reimbursement.
